Shipping

¿How do we work?

We ship to all Continental US. Normal transit time is 3-5 business days from the date you place your order.

If you order before 10:00AM, we can try to arrange for delivery the same day (local deliveries ONLY)

For any information regarding the status of your order, please call us at 305-800-LOVE (5683) or contact us via our e-mail.

Local deliveries are made Monday to Saturday from 9:00AM to 6:00PM (EST).

¿Do we ship to europa?

No, we do not ship to Europe or the rest of the world

¿Can I make changes or cancel my order?

If so, how can I do that?

There is a possibility to change or cancel an order. You can do that no later than 24 hours after the delivery time. After that, the order is executed without the possibility of change, cancellation or refund. 

¿Can I specify a delivery time?

Sure!, for a better service we highly recommend you to always specify the delivery time when placing your order. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday from 09:00AM to 6:00PM (Local ONLY)

¿What happens if the recipient is not home

at the time of delivery or miss

the scheduled pickup date?

Our flowers can stay in the box without any additional care for 72 hours. To avoid the situation when you’re not at home and there is no one around to pick the flowers from our courier, we recommend you to always specify the delivery time and put your contact number in the order. Our company does not assume responsibility for any recriminations of flowers delivered to third parties with the consent of the original recipient, for example, the gatehouses or concierge. Our company does not assume responsibility if you miss the scheduled pickup date.
